Michigan's State's Sweet 16 game in the East Region against Oklahoma will begin at 10:07 p.m. Friday and will be televised by TBS and carried by WJR-AM 760.

The first East Region game at the Carrier Dome in Syracuse, N.Y., is a matchup between Louisville and North Carolina State at 7:37 p.m., also on TBS. The winner of Sunday's East Region final advances to the Final Four.

Michigan State (25-11), the No. 7 seed, leads Oklahoma (24-10), the No. 3 seed, 5-3 in the all-time series. The last meeting was an 87-76 win for MSU on Nov. 23, 2013, in the championship game of the Coaches vs. Cancer Classic in New York.
