Michigan State has opened as a 5-point underdog to Duke in Saturday's national semifinal game at Indianapolis (6:09 p.m., TBS), according to VegasInsider.com.

In the second semifinal (8:49 p.m., TBS), Kentucky is favored by 5.5 points against Big Ten champion Wisconsin.

Three of the four No. 1 seeds in the NCAA Tournament advanced to the Final Four -- Kentucky (Midwest), Wisconsin (West) and Duke (South). The exception was Michigan State, the No. 7 seed in the East.
