Report: Dantonio pulls MSU offer to Ohio OL Gavin Cupp

The Detroit News

Mark Dantonio has pulled Michigan State's scholarship offer to Leipsic, Ohio, 2016 offensive lineman Gavin Cupp, Dave Berk of Scout.com reported.

Berk said MSU pulled the offer because Cupp attended Ohio State's Friday Night Lights camp.

Cupp is a 6-5, 285-pound three-star prospect who is ranked the No. 1 guard in Ohio and the No. 33 guard nationally by Scout.com.

Perhaps not coincidentally, the Spartans then extended an offer to A.J. Arcuri, a 6-6, 242-pound offensive lineman from Olentangy Liberty High in Powell, Ohio.
