The basketball version of ESPN College GameDay is tipping off its season in East Lansing.

ESPN will be in town for No. 5 Michigan State’s showdown with No. 3 Maryland on Jan. 23 at Breslin Center, the start of a seven-week run for the show, which airs each Saturday morning and evening from select campuses.

Michigan State is 14-1, including 1-1 in the Big Ten. Maryland is 13-1, 2-0.

This will be GameDay’s fourth visit to East Lansing for basketball season, following trips in 2007, 2011 and 2014. It’ll be the Spartans’ eighth appearance on the program overall.

The show will air at 11 a.m. The game’s start time is still to be determined.
