Tom Izzo: No issues with Michigan postponement, but 'bigger picture' must improve

East Lansing — By 10:45 on Friday night, Tom Izzo knew his team wasn’t playing on Saturday afternoon. 

That’s when Izzo heard from Michigan coach Juwan Howard, letting Izzo know the Wolverines wouldn’t have enough players to play No. 10 Michigan State in the game that was scheduled for 2:30 p.m. at Crisler Center.
