East Lansing – Michigan State has added its second commit to the class of 2017 as tight end Jack Camper from IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla., announced he would play for the Spartans.
According to a report form 247Sports.com, the 6-foot-6, 230-pound three-star tight end also had offers from Nebraska, Louisville and Kentucky. Camper joins Walled Lake Western receiver Cody White, who committed last week, as the only two members of MSU's 2017 class.
Michigan State coach Mark Dantonio followed Camper's commitment with a creative tweet Tuesday morning: “Congrats on Ascending from the Sunshine State to the Spartans. Will set up Camp permanently in EL next Jan. 2017. #V4MSU!”
