Michigan State freshman Miles Bridges has been named as one of 10 watch list finalists for the 2017 Karl Malone Power Forward of the Year Award, which recognizes the top power forwards in Division I men's college basketball.

Bridges joins Purdue's Caleb Swanigan as the representatives from the Big Ten.

Bridges is averaging 16.3 points and 8.5 rebounds this season and scored in double figures in 12 of 15 games. He's had six contest of 20-plus points.

The winner of the 2017 Karl Malone Award will be presented at ESPN's College Basketball Awards on April 7.
