Michigan senior receiver Bo Dever announced via social media on Sunday that his football career is over because of “medical reasons,” he wrote on Instagram. He said he will remain at Michigan as a student assistant.

Dever, who made one career start against Maryland in the final home game last fall, thanked former Michigan coach Brady Hoke and current coach Jim Harbaugh, “...for the opportunities they have presented me with,” Dever wrote.
