Report: 4-star TE Naseir Upshur will pick UM or FSU Sept. 1

Naseir Upshur, a four-star tight end from Philadelphia Imhotep, wrote on Twitter on Saturday that he would announce his college choice on Sept. 1.
Upshur will pick Michigan or Florida State, Scout.com's Brian Dohn said.
Other schools that had been considered among the favorites to land Upshur were Arizona State and South Carolina.
Upshur (6-3, 239 pounds) is rated the No. 10 tight end in the nation for 2016 and the No. 1 tight end in Pennsylvania. He's also in the Scout 300 with an overall 2016 ranking of No. 215.
Upshur had an official visit set for Arizona State for Sept. 18, but "I don't think that's going to work out," Dohn said.
Sources told Dohn that Upshur is expected to pick the Seminoles over the Wolverines.
"My feeling is still Florida State," Dohn said on a video on Scout.com. "Everything I hear is Florida State, Florida State."
