Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh said Tuesday he has not spoken to tight end Jake Butt regarding a post on his Twitter account after Michigan State's loss at Nebraska last Saturday night.

The tweet read: "I knew God had our back. Lose on fluke to little bro and that's how they had to go down. I am the biggest OSU fan now."

Later, that tweet was deleted and Butt's brother posted on his handle @Z_Butt87 that he had made the post, adding, "Give me crap not him."

Harbaugh was asked about the tweet during the Big Ten conference call on Tuesday.

"I don't know anything about that one," Harbaugh said. "Haven't talked to Jake about it."

Did UM's Jake Butt take 'little bro' shot at MSU?

Regarding tailback Ty Isaac and defensive lineman Lawrence Marshall, it is unclear their availability for the game at Indiana this Saturday. Both were absent from last week's depth chart for what Harbaugh called "internal matters" but are on the depth chart this week.

"We'll go through practice and make that determination," Harbaugh said.
