One day after decommiting from Michigan State, three-star 2016 running back Abdul Adams of Durham, N.C., announced that he has received an offer from Michigan.

"Blessed to receive a scholarship offer from the University of Michigan," Adams wrote on Twitter on Thursday.

Adams (6-0, 205), who is ranked the No. 26 running back in the nation by Scout.com, committed to the Spartans in April.

On Wednesday, however, Adams announced on Twitter that he was re-opening his recruitment:

"After speaking with my family and mentors, I would like to thank Michigan State University, Coaches, Fans, and Players for the amazing experience of being a Spartan commit. I have opened up my options for recruitment and I will be commiting on signing day to the school that I choose to continue my academic and athletic career."

Adams has been offered by many of the nation's top programs, including Alabama, Notre Dame, Florida, Oklahoma and others.
