Michigan’s recruiting efforts to land the country’s No. 1 prospect may be getting an assist from Mother Nature.
Top prospect Rashan Gary, who will reveal his college destination on national signing day on Feb. 3, is on an unofficial visit to Michigan this weekend. But his travel plans, according to a story Saturday on NJ.com, have been disrupted by the massive snowstorm on the East coast and he will not be able to fly home until Monday.
His teammates Donald Stewart and Drew Singleton also are visiting this weekend, all of which hold Michigan offers. And Jordan Fuller, the No. 2-ranked player in the NJ.com Top 50, also is at Michigan.
The story cites a source saying the four will not return home until Monday because of the weather.
