WR/DB Jeremiah Holloman decommits from Michigan
Jeremiah Holloman, a receiver / defensive back from Newton High in Covington, Ga., has decommitted from Michigan's 2017 recruiting class.
Two tweets from Holloman on Friday indicate that he was not satisfied with the level of communication from Michigan's coaching staff.
"I'm a free agent," Hollomon wrote.
He added minutes later: "The whole recruiting process is about communication. If you have other priorities, prioritize them."
Hollomon, who committed to Michigan in December, is ranked a three-star prospect by Scout.com. Hollomon (6-3, 190) also has offers from Mississippi, Mississippi State, Nebraska, Northwestern, Indiana and Minnesota.
Later Friday Hollomon wrote on Twitter: “After discussing with my family and friends I have decided to announce I will be opening up my recruitment. From this moment forward I will remain open until NSD17 (National Signing Day, 2017). I have no bad feelings for any school. I just need time to make the best decision for me in the future. Thank you all."
