Michigan women win Big Ten indoor track title

Michigan won four individual titles and one relay en route its first Big Ten women’s indoor track and field championship since 2006. It was the Wolverines’ ninth championship in the event.

Michigan finished with 109 team points, with Purdue second with 102. Penn State was third with 96.5 points, Minnesota fourth with 89 and Iowa fifth with 50.

The Wolverines received first-place points from Erin Finn (3,000- and 5,000-meter runs), Devon Hoppe (800-meter run) and Shannon Osika (mile). Michigan also won the distance medley relay.
