Ann Arbor — After all his years of college and pro football, Dan Dierdorf said his most memorable moment was running out of the Michigan Stadium tunnel for the very first time.

Dierdorf, a member of the Pro and College Football Hall of Fames, was honored Friday night by the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

As part of the Hometown Hall of Famer program, a plaque commemorating Dierdorf’s Pro Football Hall of Fame membership will now reside in Ann Arbor.

The plaque was presented during a ceremony at Michigan Stadium’s Jack Roth Stadium Club.
