Jordan Anthony, a top linebacker from IMG Academy, has committed to Michigan.

Anthony, rated four stars by 247Sports composite ratings, revealed his decision Thursday night in a video. He is ranked No. 6 nationally as an outside linebacker.

“I am excited to take my next step as a player and student at the University of Michigan,” Jordan wrote on Twitter Thursday night. “The first time I visited campus, I was amazed. I got chills walking onto the field at The Big House.

“The people I met there, from the coaching staff to the support staff to the assistant staff, we had a great time. We had fun. It just felt right. It just felt like a place I wanted to be. It felt like family.”

The 6-foot, 220-pound Anthony made his official visit to Michigan on Oct. 1. He also was considering Penn State, Auburn, Maryland and Oklahoma.

Michigan now has 25 commitments.

Earlier this week, Michigan landed two top prospects, including Anthony’s IMG teammate, top-rated center Cesar Ruiz. Ruiz revealed his commitment Monday and Flint Southwestern defensive end Deron Irving-Bey revealed his college choice via video later that day.

Also on Thursday, Chuck Filiaga a four-star offensive lineman, announced Michigan as one of his finalists, including Oklahoma and Nebraska.
