Wait until next year?

Michigan, which lost to Villanova in the NCAA championship game on Monday night, has 28-1 odds to win the national title next year, according to oddsmaker Pregame.com.

Villanova’s odds to repeat are 10-1. Duke is the favorite at 6-1.

Michigan State’s odds are 20-1, despite the loss of Miles Bridges and Jaren Jackson – and possibly Nick Ward – to the NBA Draft.

Michigan loses seniors Muhammad-Ali Abdur-Rahkman, Duncan Robinson and Jaaron Simmons. Moritz Wagner and Charles Matthews are also candidates to leave early for the NBA Draft.
