Detroit News predictions: Michigan football vs. Ohio State

The Detroit News

Matt Charboneau, Angelique S. Chengelis, John Niyo and Bob Wojnowski of The Detroit News predict the outcome of Saturday’s Michigan-Ohio State game at Michigan Stadium (noon, Fox/950).

Matt Charboneau: It's all on the table for the Wolverines, the question is whether they have enough to upset the Buckeyes, win the East Division and reach the Big Ten title game for the first time. Here's what seems certain — Michigan won't get steamrolled the way Michigan State did. What does that mean? Probably not much when it's all said and done. Expect the Wolverines to keep it close for a while, controlling the ball to an extent while likely getting some pressure on Ohio State QB C.J. Stroud. But in the end, the Buckeyes' offense will be too much. Ohio State, 41-24
