Through all the ups and downs over the first two months of Michigan’s season, one thing has remained the same: Juwan Howard’s confidence and belief in his team.

The latest example came after last week’s wire-to-wire loss at Rutgers where the Wolverines were shorthanded — but still had their starting lineup intact — and trailed by double digits for much of the contest.
