A fifth satellite camp stop has been added to Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh’s summer schedule.
The Wolverines coaching staff will be at the University of South Florida camp in Tampa on June 4. The camp is open to high school players, and players up to age 21 if they are graduate students or junior college players.
Willie Taggart, the USF head coach, was Jim Harbaugh’s first recruit when he was an unpaid assistant under his father, head coach Jack Harbaugh, at Western Kentucky. Jim Harbaugh, also an NFL quarterback at the time, recruited Taggart out of Florida to play quarterback at Western Kentucky in 1994.
TJ Weist is co-offensive coordinator and receivers coach for USF. He was offensive analyst at Michigan last season.
