The men's basketball team at the University of Michigan will open the Big Ten schedule against the Iowa Hawkeyes at Carver-Hawkeye Arena Jan. 1.

The 18-game conference schedule includes four single games at Crisler Center, beginning with a Jan. 4 contest with Penn State. The remaining games in Ann Arbor will all be Saturday games against Maryland on Jan. 7, Ohio State on Feb. 4 and Purdue on Feb. 25.
