Ann Arbor – The Michigan-Colorado pregame has been a match made in paparazzi heaven.
Among the highlights, former Michigan quarterback and four-time Super Bowl winner Tom Brady and Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh playing catch in the midst of pre-game warm-ups, and the presence of former Colorado coach and Michigan assistant Bill McCartney.
Also here, former Colorado players Kordell Stewart and Michael Westbrook, who combined for the famous Hail Mary play to upset Michigan in 1994 at Michigan Stadium. The current Colorado team is wearing throwback uniforms from that 1994 game for this game.
Michigan is ranked No. 4 and is 2-0.
In personnel news, Michigan All-American defensive back Jourdan Lewis is in uniform and participated in pre-game warmups. Lewis missed the first two games with a back issue that led to problems with his hamstring and quad.
Defensive linemen Bryan Mone and Taco Charlton are not in uniform. Both were injured in the season opener. Running back Drake Johnson also is not in uniform for the third-straight week.
