Aidan Hutchinson, a four-star defensive end from Dearborn Divine Child, has committed to Michigan’s 2018 class.

Hutchinson made the announcement Tuesday on Twitter, shortly after making a visit to Notre Dame.

The 6-foot-6, 245-pounder is ranked No. 4 in Michigan by 247Sports composite rankings. On Scout he is ranked the No. 1 defensive end in Michigan and No. 16 at his position nationally for the 2018 class.

He is the son of Chris Hutchinson, an All-America defensive lineman at Michigan in 1992, who was the Big Ten’s defensive lineman of the year that season.
