Michigan's Hailey Brown selected as Big Ten freshman of the week

Michigan forward Hailey Brown has been named Big Ten freshman of the week.
The Hamilton, Ontario native averaged 17.5 points and 9.0 rebounds with a .682 field-goal percentage in leading Michigan to conference victories over Indiana and Nebraska.
Against Indiana, Bailey scored a career-high 23 on 10-of-12 shooting while going 3-of-3 on 3-pointers. She also had eight rebounds in the 84-79 win over the Hoosiers at Crisler Center.
Bailey followed up with 12 points and 10 rebounds in a 69-64 overtime win Saturday at Nebraska.
