University of Michigan football student season ticket prices will remain unchanged on a per-game basis — $25 a game or $175 total — for the 2018 season, the university announced Friday.
Michigan will also hold the line on student season ticket prices for men's basketball and ice hockey. The renewal process for all three sports starts March 7 with a March 28 deadline.
"Student season ticket prices have either been reduced or unchanged for four consecutive years and that's something we are tremendously happy about," said Kurt Svoboda, Michigan associate athletic director for External Communications and Public Relations.
Season tickets for all three sports are sold at a reduced rate to students who meet Federal Pell Grant criteria. Eligible students will be notified by the school's Office of Financial Aid.
Newly enrolled students for the 2018-19 academic year will have a chance buy season tickets starting approximately June 1 with a deadline of June 15.
