Ann Arbor — Shannon Warner of Livonia, Lindsey McPherson of Flushing, Jennifer Elsholz of Grand Rapids and Kimberly Dinh of Midland advanced to the semifinals of 98th Michigan Women’s Amateur Golf Championship Friday.

The four survived two rounds of matches Thursday at the University of Michigan course.

Warner rallied from 3-down on the front nine to win 1-up over Jacqueline Setas of East Lansing. She will meet McPherson, who defeated Hailey Hrynewich of Muskegon in her quarterfinal match.

Elsholz advanced to semis for the second straight year, defeating Hanna Pietila of Brighton in the quarterfinals.

She meets Dinh in the semis. Dinh advanced after defeated Allyson Geer of Brighton in the quarterfinals.
