Detroit News / GAM Hole In One Contest is back

The ninth annual Detroit News / Golf Association of Michigan Hole In One Contest is returning to Whispering Willows Golf Course in Livonia.

This year’s contest will take place on Monday, Sept. 12 at the 126-yard seventh hole at Whispering Willows.

Registration for the contest begins on July 1. Look in The Detroit News and at detroitnews.com for information on how to register beginning in July.

If you’ve ever had a hole in one, you’re eligible to enter.

The contest is presented by The Detroit News, Plastomer Corporation, Johnny Carino's, C.F. Burger Creamery and the Golf Association of Michigan.
