"Those three guys in the second half really carried us," Southfield Christian coach Josh Baker said.

The game was close in the first quarter, with Southfield leading 16-15 after eight minutes.

Southfield appeared to break the game open in the second pulling ahead 42-27 at the break.

"They beat us on the floor in transition," Baker said.

Southfield Christian changed its rotation in the third quarter, finding playing time for 10 players. Baker also said his team improved defensively

"We were able to keep them (Southfield) off the glass," he said.
