Korf, TerHorst are gymastics all-around champions

Morgan Korf of Rockford/Sparta won the all-around title at the Division 1 girls gymnastics individual state finals on Saturday at Rockford. Korf totaled 37.825 points to top Isabelle Nguyen of Grosse Pointe North (37.750). Rachel Hogan of Grand Ledge was third at 37.450.

Allison Kunz of Canton finished first on the uneven parallel bars with a score of 9.75

Division 2: Cassidy TerHorst of Grand Rapids Forest Hills turned in a dominant performance to claim the all-around title with 36.650 points. She won the vault and the uneven parallel bars. Samantha Randlett of Walled Lake was second in the balance beam and second in the floor exercise.
