Rochester Adams (5-1) at Birmingham Groves (6-0), 7 p.m. Friday: Adams has already surpassed its win total of a year ago and will be trying to earn a share of the OAA White Division lead with a win over Groves. Groves is winning with defense, giving up just seven points in the last three games with those points given up in a 14-7 overtime win at Farmington Hills Harrison on Friday. Now, Groves has the challenge of trying to slow down Adams’ high scoring offense, led by four-year starting quarterback Kyle Wood.

Farmington Hills Harrison (3-3) at Oak Park (4-2), 7 p.m. Friday: Oak Park has found its stride, defeating Clarkston 14-7 for the first time in school history Friday on the strength of Corey Graham’s two TD passes. Harrison’s OAA White title hopes are all but over following an OT loss to Birmingham Groves and now it needs to focus on earning a state playoff spot with three road games in front of them.

Warren De La Salle (3-3) vs Detroit Jesuit (4-1), 7 p.m. Friday at Hazel Park: Scotty Nelson and U-D will try to end its 10-game losing streak in the Catholic League rivalry with De La Salle. Nelson, who has multiple offers including Michigan State, threw three TD passes in 48-13 win at St. Joseph Friday. De La Salle is coming off a win over Dearborn Divine Child.
