Saturday's roundup: Unbeaten Detroit King girls hand Hartland first loss

Del-Janae Williams scored 15 points and Tia Tedford added 15 as Detroit King defeated Hartland, 55-42, Saturday in the Great Holiday Classic tournament at Edison Academy.

The win is the fourth consecutive for King (4-0), which is coming off 67-3 romp over  Detroit Osborn on Wednesday in which Tedford had 21 points and Williams 13.

Graysen Cockerham had 15 points and Whitney Sollom added 11 for Hartland (4-1), which lost its first game of the season. Hartland travels to Pinckney on Tuesday.

Farmington Hills Harrison 75, Grosse Pointe University Liggett 48: Nyla Warren scored 30 and Teddi Pickens scored 19 for Harrison in the Holiday Classic at Edison Academy. Nea Ahart had 35 points and 11 rebounds for Liggett. Both teams are 1-2.

Ann Arbor Huron 60, Mount Clemens 35: Avery Lewis scored 13 for Huron. Raekwon Mills scored 12 for Mount Clemens.

Belleville 68, Detroit Pershing 44: Gabe Brown had 23 points and Davion Williams and Cameron Smiley each had 11 for Belleville (4-0). Ron Hill had 18 and Patrick Hatcher and D'Juan Seals each had 10 for Pershing (0-2).

Dearborn Heights Robichaud 65, Bloomfield Hills Cranbrook-Kingswood 39: Jasir Poole had 15 points and Shannon Woods added 13 points for Robichaud (3-1). Tim Hawxell had 11 points for Cranbrook-Kingswood.

Detroit Loyola 60, Henry Ford Academy 37: Nicky Bryant had 19 points and Jaylen Hill added 14 points and 10 rebounds for Loyola (2-1) at the Hoops for Hope tournament in Hazel Park.
