Snow postpones Friday's PSL quarterfinal games

Detroit – The PSL boys basketball quarterfinal games scheduled for Friday night have been canceled due to the snowstorm and rescheduled for Sunday at Detroit King.

Cortez Garland and Renaissance High play East English Village at 6 p.m. Sunday in a PSL quarterfinal game.

All four games will be played at King with Western facing King at noon, followed by Cass Tech vs. Edison at 2 p.m., Henry Ford vs. Pershing at 4 p.m. and East English vs. Renaissance at 6 p.m.

The semifinals will be held at Cass Tech Tuesday with the King-Western winner facing the Pershing Henry Ford winner at 5 p.m., followed by the Cass Tech-Edison winner going up against the East English-Renaissance winner at 7:30 p.m.

The championship game will be at Calihan Hall Friday at 7:30 p.m. Cass Tech is the defending champion.
