Officially, nine schools remain in the running for four-star running back Jaren Mangham.
The Detroit Cass Tech rising senior revealed his finalists Monday on Twitter, a list that includes Michigan State.
Also, making his list are Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Texas A&M and TCU. Mangham used to live in the Houston area.
"Next is the commitment," Mangham tweeted.
Mangham holds as many as 53 offers, and has an official visit planned with Colorado this weekend, while hoping to set up visits to Oregon, MSU and possibly Tennessee. He told The Detroit News' David Goricki he hopes to make a decision before the start of the season.
The 6-foot-1, 214-pound Mangham is considered a four-star prospect by the 247Sports Composite, ranked No. 9 overall in Michigan, and No. 30 among "athletes" in the country. He also plays linebacker, and has been recruited to play multiple positions, including linebacker, defensive back, wide receiver and running back.
