Michigan State is in the final seven for Canton defensive end Darius Robinson.
Robinson revealed his top seven Monday night on Twitter. In addition to Michigan State, Colorado, Maryland, Rutgers, Syracuse, Toledo and Virginia remain in the running for the 6-foot-6, 250-pound Robinson, considered a three-star prospect in the 247Sports Composite.
Robinson tweeted he will announce his decision on Sept. 13, his birthday.
The Spartans recently offered a scholarship to Robinson, who attended their big man camp before heading off on the Rising Stars Bus Tour. He's ranked the No. 15 prospect in Michigan and No. 41 strong-side defensive end in the 2019 class, according to the composite.
Michigan State's class, which on Monday night received a commitment from five-star tackle Devontae Dobbs of Belleville, has verbal commitments from 11 players, including six in the state of Michigan.
