High School Football Show: Herrington writes final chapter

Legendary high school football coach John Herrington is halfway through his final season of coaching at Farmington Hills Harrison.
He's the winningest all-time prep football coach in Michigan with 438 career wins and a record 13 state championships in 57 years of coaching.
Herrington sat down with Detroit News reporters Rod Beard and Dave Goricki for a midseason review.
Also on the show is one of Herrington's proteges, Joe Pesci of South Lyon East.
Pesci, a former quarterback and a coach for 16 seasons with Harrison, has led the Cougars to a 3-1 record this year after a recent 3-33 skid.
