Ian Kinsler will hit leadoff Monday night as the Tigers open a three-game series against the Twins at Target Field in Minneapolis. First pitch is 8:10 p.m.

Kinsler had his ninth multi-hit game of the season on Sunday in the Tigers' 8-6 win over the Indians, and he is hitting .307 on the season with a .369 on-base percentage. Jose Iglesias is batting second.

Davis left Sunday's game in the eighth inning when he felt tightness in his groin.
