Detroit Tigers pitcher Justin Verlander and fiancée Kate Upton have purchased a house in Beverly Hills, California, for $5.475 million, according to a report.

TMZ Sports says they began house hunting shortly after becoming engaged in May.

The house is 5,000 square feet with five bedrooms, six bathrooms and a large outdoor pool, TMZ says.

Here is a description of the house by the listing agent, Judy Feder of Hilton & Hyland:

“Champion tennis court estate steeped in Hollywood history. Impeccable East Coast country home – the epitome of Southern California indoor/outdoor living. Gourmet chef’s kitchen, fantastic open living and family rooms with beamed ceilings and French doors opening to the grounds. Beautiful master suite with dual closets and baths, pitched ceiling and fireplace. Three additional bedroom suites plus maids room and massive bonus/office/studio room with separate entrance. Fully gated and secure grounds in prime Benedict Canyon location.
