Sunday’s Pure Michigan 400: Live tweets from MIS

Brooklyn — The rain stopped late Sunday morning and the Pure Michigan 400 Sprint Cup race should start on time at approximately 1 p.m.

Drivers Introductions are underway.

Jeff Gordon of Hendrick Motorsports will start from the pole with Joey Logano of Team Penske also running from the front row.

Gordon last won at MIS in 2001. Logano is the defending Pure Michigan 400 winner.
