Pistons' Drummond among leaders in NBA All-Star voting
Pistons center Andre Drummond is third highest vote-getter among forwards in the Eastern Conference in the latest NBA All-Star balloting.
The NBA All-Star game is Feb. 14 at Air Canada Centre in Toronto.
Drummond's 261,158 votes trails only the Cavaliers' LeBron James (636,388) and Pacers' Paul George (457,554). The 6-foot-11 center leads the league in double-doubles with 30 while averaging 18.1 points and 16 rebounds.
Pistons teammate Reggie Jackson is No. 10 among guards with 44,525 votes.
Former Michigan State standout Draymond Green of the Warriors is also third in voting among frontcourt players in the Western Conference. Green (332,223) trails only the Lakers' Kobe Bryant (1,262,118) and the Thunders' Kevin Durant (616,096).
The 6-foot-7 Saginaw native is averaging 14.8 points and 9.5 rebounds in his fourth NBA season.
