After the Pistons won their regular-season finale, they found out the postseason schedule later Wednesday night, following the completion of the final league games.
The Pistons, in their first postseason since 2009, will open their seven-game series against the top-seeded Cleveland Cavaliers at 3 p.m. Sunday at Quicken Loans Arena. The game will be televised by ABC.
Game 2 also will be in Cleveland, at 8 p.m. Wednesday on TNT.
The series shifts to The Palace of Auburn Hills for the next two games; Game 3 will be April 22 at 7 p.m. and will be featured on ESPN. Game 4 is April 24 at 8:30 p.m.
If necessary, Game 5 will be April 26 in Cleveland, Game 6 on April 28 at The Palace and a deciding Game 7 would be back at Quicken Loans Arena on April 30.
The Pistons (44-38) won three of the four meetings this season; the last time the Pistons and Cavs met in the playoffs was in 2009, when Cleveland swept the first-round series.
