Live: Pistons beat Knicks 102-89

PISTONS VS. KNICKS
What: Detroit Pistons (2-1) vs. New York Knicks (1-1)
When: Tuesday, 7:30 p.m.
Where: Palace of Auburn Hills
Local TV: Fox Sports Detroit
Local radio: 105.1 FM
Outlook: Andre Drummond had 20 points and 23 rebounds to help the Pistons (2-1) cruise to a 98-83 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks on Sunday night at the Palace. "He’s just been really willing offensively to give himself up," Pistons coach Stan Van Gundy said. "He knows the attention he draws and he has been willing to do that. That’s frustrating at times, but he’s still getting shots — a lot of them are offensive rebounds, I understand that, but he’s still getting the ball down there and getting a chance to score.” . . . New York's Joakim Noah and fellow newcomers Derrick Rose and Courtney Lee all had impressive moments in their first home games at Madison Square Garden, and the Knicks (1-1) used a fast start and strong finish to beat the Memphis Grizzlies 111-104 on Saturday. “I’m so happy I got the first (home) game out of the way,” Rose said. “The crowd was in it from the jump. We came out and really surprised them (Memphis).”
