Glendale, Ariz. — Matthew Stafford can add another milestone to his list of career achievements.

On a 30-yard pass to Golden Tate in the second quarter of Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals, Stafford became the fastest quarterback to throw for 20,000 yards in NFL history, reaching the mark in his 71st game.

Stafford broke Dan Marino's record of 74 games and needed just 47 yards Sunday to reach 20,000 on Sunday. Stafford already holds the franchise records for most career passing yards, touchdowns, attempts and completions.
