Report: Manziel was ‘Billy’ when he was dining in Vegas

The Detroit News

The saga of Johnny Football continues to grow.

Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel was seen at a restaurant on the Las Vegas strip Saturday night, according to ESPN Radio Las Vegas. According to the radio station’s Facebook page, Manziel was “wearing a blonde wig, a fake mustache, glasses, and a hoodie. Manziel introduced himself as ‘Billy.’ ”

When the news broke, an outfit called Fresh Brewed Tees quickly started advertising T-shirts featuring Manziel wearing a blond wig, glasses and a mustache while doing his money sign.

Manziel’s escapades apparently do not deter one possible future employer.

When asked during an interview on Dallas radio station 105.3 if he would be interested in a backup quarterback who carries an element of risk, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said: “What would enhance me taking risk is a bigger upside. And if that upside is there, that old risk-reward situation, then, yeah.”
