Detroit — With 109 receiving yards in the first half of Thursday's game, Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson became the 43rd receiver to reach 10,000 receiving yards in his career.

And Johnson did it faster than anyone else in NFL history, reaching the milestone in 115 games to break longtime St. Louis Rams receiver Torry Holt's record of 116 games.

Johnson has been unstoppable with nine catches for 109 yards and two touchdowns as the Lions lead the Bears 24-14 at halftime. With his touchdowns, Johnson passed Cloyce Box for the most receiving touchdowns on Thanksgiving with eight.

Johnson has caught a touchdown in six straight Thanksgiving games.
