After two straight lackluster road games, the Lions offense broke out in the second quarter. They had gone 25 straight possessions without a touchdown but scored touchdowns on three consecutive drives.

It was somewhat a must-win situation and after a nervous first quarter, the Lions showed up when they needed to. Calvin Johnson and Golden Tate looked like the top combo in the NFL and the defense was stellar after allowing 14 points in the first quarter.

Now, the Lions get a long break before playing the Buccaneers a week from Sunday in another winnable game.
