Ndamukong Suh's contract with the Miami Dolphins is worth up to $114 million, so he can afford to buy several homes in different locales.
However, after leaving the Lions, Suh doesn't want his one giant one in Birmingham anymore.
The former Lions defensive tackle put his 7,394-square foot home in the swanky Detroit suburb on the market recently with an asking price of $3.45 million.
The listing from Hall & Hunter Realtors says the two-story colonial has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and three half bathrooms. The house is located a few blocks from Birmingham Golf Club and is a little more than a mile from the city's downtown.
In addition to a three-car garage, the house features a full-size workout room, massage and recreational area.
The house Suh is selling has been in the news a couple times, though the two reasons likely won't impact the cost. In 2012, a couple that rented the house sued Suh and his sister, Ngum, seeking the return of their security deposit. And in 2013, Suh allegedly pulled a pellet gun out to scare a Comcast employee.
After five years with the Lions, Suh left in free agency to sign a six-year deal with $60 million guaranteed in Miami.
