St. Louis -- On a 5-yard pass to Theo Riddick in the third quarter Sunday, Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford surpassed 25,000 yards in his career, becoming the fastest quarterback in NFL history to reach the milestone.

It took Stafford just 90 games to accomplish the feat, which was faster than Hall of Fame Dolphins quarterback Dan Marino (92 games).
In a 21-14 loss to the Rams, Stafford finished 30-of-46 for 245 yards with two touchdowns and one interception.
