Lions waive CB Bill Bentley

The Lions waived cornerback Bill Bentley on Tuesday.

A former third-round pick in 2012, Bentley rejoined the Lions in November after injuries hit the position. The team previously cut him in June.

Bentley was active as a reserve in Weeks 11 and 12, but has been inactive the past four games.
