Report: Ex-Texans star Foster to work out for Lions
The Detroit News

The Lions will host former Texans star running back Arian Foster for a workout this week, ESPN’s Adam Schefter wrote on Twitter.
Foster will also work out for the Dolphins on Monday, Schefter reported.
Foster, 29, a free agent, had been with the Texans for seven seasons. He ruptured his Achilles tendon in October and was placed on injured reserve. He was released by the Texans in March.
In 13 games in 2014, Foster gained 1,246 yards on 260 carries for a 4.8-yard average and per game average of 95.8 yards.
His best season was 2010 when he gained 1,616 yards with 16 TD.
The four-time Pro Bowl player holds the Texans franchise records for career rushing yards (6,472) and career rushing TD (54).
