On the same crossing pattern, Lions wide receiver Marvin Jones Jr. is ables to pull in and hang onto a reception in the fourth quarter.

Allen Park – The Lions were a bit healthier for Thursday’s practice as wide receiver Marvin Jones (foot) and cornerback Nevin Lawson (illness) returned to action.

The team was still down five players. DeAndre Levy (quad/knee), Ziggy Ansah (ankle), Eric Ebron (ankle/knee), Dwayne Washington (ankle) and Don Carey (ribs) all sat out the session.

An ESPN report on Wednesday noted Ebron is not expected to play Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles. The banged-up tight end missed a portion of last weekend’s game due to injury, but was able to finish out the contest.

The Lions added veteran tight end Clay Harbor to the roster this week for depth.
